Book My Appointments has two plans. The Free plan costs nothing, with no time limit: you get your own booking link, a listing in the public directory, and email notifications. Pro costs $1.99 per month per business, not per user, and adds staff members, manually created appointments and rescheduling. Every Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial. There’s no setup fee and no per-booking charge.

What the free plan includes
The free plan is a complete booking system for a one-person business, not a trial.
You get a booking link of your own at go.bookmyappointments.com/your-business that you can share on your website, your Google Business Profile, social media, WhatsApp or in a text message. Customers open it, pick a service and request a time. You get an instant notification, review the request, and accept or decline it with one tap, so you’re never committed to a slot you didn’t want.
Also included: a service menu with your own durations, weekly hours with split shifts, availability windows for individual services, vacation blocking, automatic prevention of double bookings, Google Calendar sync, an embed for your own website, branded confirmation emails, timezone handling so out-of-area customers see their own local time, and a free listing in the public directory by category and location. It runs on the web and in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps.
No time limit, no credit card, no feature that expires.
What Pro adds for $1.99 a month
Pro is built around one thing: more than one person taking appointments.
- Staff members: add the people who work with you, give each their own working hours and days off, and assign them to the services they perform.
- Let customers choose their person: regulars who always see the same stylist, groomer or technician can pick them when they book.
- Fair auto-assignment: when a customer has no preference, requests rotate between available staff instead of piling onto whoever is listed first.
- Create appointments yourself: someone phones or walks in, and you put it straight into the calendar.
- Reschedule: move a booked appointment to a new time.
- Staff logins: each person signs in and sees their own schedule.
Pro is $1.99 a month per business, with a 7-day free trial. You can subscribe on the web or inside the iPhone or Android app, and the price and trial are the same either way. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
The $1.99 early-bird price
The first 10,000 businesses to sign up get Pro at $1.99 a month. We haven’t reached 10,000 yet, so that price is available today. It goes up once we do.
How Book My Appointments compares
Prices checked on each vendor’s own pricing page on 18 October 2026.
| App | Free plan | Paid pricing (monthly / billed annually) |
|---|---|---|
| Book My Appointments | Yes, no time limit | Pro $1.99/month per business |
| Calendly | Yes: 1 event type, 1 calendar connection | Standard $12 / $10 per seat · Teams $20 / $16 per seat |
| Setmore | Yes: up to 4 users, email reminders | Pro $12 / $5 per user |
| Square Appointments | Yes: one location, funded by card fees | Plus $49 · Premium $149 per location, per month |
| Acuity Scheduling | No, 7-day trial only | From $20 / $16 a month |
An honest read: if you need intake forms or to take payment inside the booking flow, Acuity and Square are built for that and we aren’t. If you want customers to be confirmed instantly without your approval, Calendly, Setmore and Square all work that way by default.
Where Book My Appointments is hard to beat is price. Pro is $1.99 a month per business. Calendly’s team routing is $16 to $20 per seat per month, so a four-person team pays $64 to $80 a month there.
