Welcome to Book My Appointments (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our mobile app, web app, or public booking pages support@bookmyappointments.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Our Services
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (such as business name, email, phone number, city, industry).
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Accounts and Access
- You can sign in using Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Public Booking Pages
- Each business will be assigned a unique public booking link support@bookmyappointments.com
- You are responsible for the content you add to your public page (such as business logo, industry, or appointment availability).
- We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates these Terms.
4. Appointments
- Customers may request appointments through your booking page.
- You may accept or decline any appointment request at your discretion.
- We are not responsible for cancellations, disputes, or no-shows between businesses and their customers.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid subscription, managed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.
- Payments are processed securely by these providers. We do not store payment card details.
- Free trial and promotional offers (such as the first 10,000 free users) are subject to change at our discretion.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
- Free users may see ads powered by Google AdMob (in-app) and Google AdSense (public booking pages).
- By using our services, you agree to the use of cookies and similar technologies for advertising and analytics.
- We also integrate with third-party services such as Firebase (for analytics and hosting). Their terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Intellectual Property
- All rights, trademarks, and content in the app are owned by Book My Appointments or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer our software without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We provide the app and website “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of our services, including missed appointments, payment disputes, or ad interactions.
- Your use of the service is at your own risk.
9. Termination
- You may stop using our services at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
